Shipping Policy
We can ship to worldwide. All products are shipped from our warehouse located in Shenzhen, southeast of China. Delivery times are between 10-20 business days to all major destinations after shipping (handling time (2-5 days) is not counted in it). It may take more than 3 weeks to some countries and regions, such as South Africa, Mexico, Eastern Europe, Africa, Central & South America, Centra & Western Asia, etc.
If you need it urgently, please choose choose Expedited Shipping or contact us for consulting.
Free shipping is available for all orders whose total amount is no less than $25. We are happy to do combine shipping. We will offer some discount based on the order amount and product type. Please contact us for it after ordering. We also provides drop-shipping service.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our refund and returns policy is valid 30 days. We will be responsible for the return postage fees and replacement fees.
1. The product is DOA, damaged when receiving.
2. Wrong product is sent.
3. The product is significantly not as described.
Customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees:
1. Purchased wrong item or chose wrong size/color/model by mistake.
2. The product is not suitable.
3. Personal reasons due to dislike, changed mind, etc.
Please do contact us to get return instuctions before initializing return. We Do not affort the cost of shipment which is shipped by express or return without contacting us. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Policy
Refund will be issued immediately if package lost / stuck / held / returned during shipment or stolen from customer’s mailbox.
Refund will be initialized within 5 days after the return item is received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
